Algeria, 25 December 2013: Al Manhal signs an ePublishing agreement with Université M'Hamed Bougara Boumerdes: Industrial materials, methods and environment Research Department.

The agreement enables Al Manhal to electronically publish and distribute the journal through its platform in order to meet research demands of beneficiaries at universities, research centers and scientific communities across the globe, by providing them with excellent electronic services which meet their standards & demands. The agreement was signed by Dr. Betzazi Boumjeh; EIC & Manager of the Research Unit. By signing the agreement, he emphasized the mutual benefit of creating Arabic electronic content which abides to international standards. Where he stressed his commitment to the development of this agreement in the future to include several journals of the university.
